Lisa ‘cut her teeth’ on RFPs over 26 years ago. After joining the human capital consulting firm, Mercer, she was introduced to a whole new world of state government RFP responses. From RFP development and evaluation to response management, training, and strategy, Lisa became an expert in all-things-RFPs. 

After years of proposal work, Lisa left corporate America to explore business consulting entrepreneurship but was often contacted by past colleagues for her insight and strategy around winning RFP responses. It was then - on a napkin while dining with a friend - that The RFP Success® Company was born. 

From state, local, higher education and private sector RFP responses, to evaluating health care and human capital proposals for corporations, Lisa has been on all sides of the aisle.
